The Campus Health Advisory Committee (CHAC) acts as a student voice to the Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC) by representing the needs and ideas for healthy living of Campus Community. CHAC members participate in a variety of SCHC committee meetings and plan health related events for the campus community. CHAC members make recommendations and share feedback with SIU pune medical council (Symbiosis Centre of Health Care) to improve the health of the university community. CHAC also monitors and regularly reports on the University Health Center’s on-going Quality of Care Survey. CHAC works closely with the Director & Chief medical officer of the SCHC to help resolve any complaints on campus.

CHAC- HYD strives to pioneer in health care and service, by providing medical/health assistance to the students, Staff & Faculty of Symbiosis Hyderabad Campus.
Objectives
To promote health and safety training on the campus at all levels and to ensure that appropriate emergency procedures are in place.
Guiding students on the insurance policies & claims of symbiosis.
To request formal inspections to the reporting council at SIU pune on health and hygiene factors taking place on campus as the committee think appropriate and to receive reports of such inspection.
Make submissions and requests to management on health and safety matters that effect students and employees residing on campus of Symbiosis - Hyd.
Organize and conduct safety audits & emergency drills.
Encouraging Yoga/Gym and other fitness training course/sessions for students on campus.
To ensure Health Camps are organized
Organizing guest lectures by Doctors & Nutrition expert for students, Staff & faculty on Health-related factors.
Organizing yoga camps which will be felicitated by yoga guru’s in INDIA.
