Symbinar - Mr. Nadeem Pasha

As a part of the live webinar series ‘SYMBINAR’, SIBMH hosted Mr. Nadeem Pasha, Talent Acquisition Head, Inspirage India on the topic 'Talent in Uberized World: Revolt or Evolve'.

His session was extremely insightful and relevant for future managers as he focused upon the need for the students to up-skill in order to make themselves relevant in a constantly changing world. He touched upon why  it is imperative for students to learn skills that involves machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc. and the need to unlearn so that one can learn again in this phase of transition that we all are going through. It was interesting to hear to Mr. Nadeem mentioning the need for students to be able to tell a story and connect the dots rather than just state meager facts.

This was followed by Q&A session which was full of interesting and probing questions that showed the curiosity of the students.
