In continuation of our webinar series ‘SYMBINAR’, we hosted Abhishank Babbar, an integrated communication consultant currently working as Director at Burson, Cohn & Wolfe, one of the largest communication firms in the world.
It was indeed an honor for us to have Mr. Abhishank Babbar as a speaker as he managed to engage the students with thought-provoking examples and insightful analysis. He discussed the future of marketing post-Covid 19, specifically on the importance of digital marketing and how it will be the most sought after area in the marketing ecosystem.
The opinions on brands creating value during this pandemic are something that made all of us ponder upon. We as consumers today seek value, which is why a lot of firms have to think beyond merely generating sales, and create a strong connection and brand recall amidst the changing consumer behavior.
Mr. Abhishank’s idea of engaging with students through the creation of a campaign is something that can be touted as a step towards experiential learning.
The session was followed by a Q&A where students came up with interesting questions that showed their enthusiasm and curiosity to learn.
