Event Name: Independence Day 2026

Objective:

The Independence Day 2026 celebration at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, was organized to commemorate India's 80th Independence Day and to foster a sense of patriotism, national pride, unity, and social responsibility among the institute community. The programme aimed to provide students, faculty, staff, and other members of the SIBM Hyderabad community with an opportunity to reflect on the values of freedom, responsibility, unity, and service to the nation.

The programme combined traditional ceremonial observances with cultural performances and student participation. The event included a Prabhat Pheri, flag hoisting ceremony, rendition of patriotic songs, the National Anthem, an Anti-Drug Pledge, addresses by the institute leadership, cultural performances by students and institute groups, and prize distribution.

Event Name: AmphiChats 4.0

Objective:

AmphiChats 4.0 was successfully organized by the Alumni Coordination Team on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 at the Amphitheatre, SIBM Hyderabad. The event was conducted for the MBA batches (2026-2028 and 2025-2027) with the objective of fostering meaningful interactions between students and distinguished alumni, while providing practical insights into diverse career journeys, professional growth, and the transition from campus to the corporate world.

The evening featured four accomplished alumni speakers, Ms. Gayathri Chillara, Associate-Market Surveillance at Goldman Sachs (Batch 2020-22); Ms. Arpita Paul, Senior Analyst-Client Account Management at Deloitte (Batch 2018-20); and Ms. Alekhya M, Credit Analyst at ANZ Bank (Batch 2021-23). Through their diverse professional journeys, the alumni shared the pivotal experiences, career transitions, challenges, and learnings that shaped their paths, giving students a broader understanding of the possibilities that lie beyond campus.

Event Name: Constellation Day 2026

Objective:

To conduct the official ceremony marking the transition of responsibilities from the outgoing student council members to the newly elected position bearers of the student body.

Outcome:

The ceremony formally recognized the contributions of the outgoing council members and welcomed the newly elected student representatives who will lead the various cells and clubs for the upcoming academic term.

Event Name: Mantrana 3.0

Objective:

To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry HR practices.
To provide insights into the future of work through the theme "Workforce 2030: Shaping the Future of Talent, Technology & Transformation."
To facilitate interaction between students and experienced HR leaders through keynote and panel discussions.
To enhance students' understanding of emerging HR trends, technology, leadership, and workforce transformation.
To encourage industry-academia collaboration and experiential learning.

Outcome:

Students gained practical insights into the evolving role of HR in the future workplace.
Participants developed a better understanding of talent management, AI in HR, leadership, and skill-based careers.
The interactive sessions promoted critical thinking and meaningful industry engagement.
The conclave strengthened professional networking opportunities between students and HR leaders.
Humanalaya reinforced its vision of creating industry-relevant learning experiences for future HR professionals.

Event Name: SymbiTalks 11.0

SymbiTalks 11.0, the eleventh edition of our flagship event organized by the Corporate Interaction Cell at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, was an enriching and insightful experience. Centered around the theme “VANTAGE – The Vision Forward,” the event focused on inspiring students to develop the perspective needed to anticipate change, make informed decisions, and lead with confidence.

In previous editions, SymbiTalks has welcomed distinguished personalities such as Mr. Debashish Ghosh (Senior Human Resource Leader and Executive Coach), Ms. Radhika Choudary (Co-Founder and Director, Freyr Energy), Mr. Saurabh Goenka (Co-Founder and Director, MindMap Digital), Mr. Sachin Chaudhari (Founder, Director, Learning Canvas), Mr. Kamal Stephen (Head APJC, Talent Discovery Student Team, SAP), Mr. Rahul Sangal (Head of Digital Transformation at Medi Assist), Mr. Satish Lakkaraju (CEO, Nexgen Logistics), Mr. Harish Natarajan (Founder and Director, HxCo Pvt Ltd).

Objective:

The aim of SymbiNeeti 4.0 was to highlight the evolving dynamics of the corporate world under the theme Metamorphose: The Paradigm Shift. The conclave sought to prepare students to be adaptive, forward-thinking, and equipped to navigate shifting business landscapes.

Outcome:

Through enriching sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and competitive activities, the event fostered an environment of learning, collaboration, and industry engagement. It ensured that students gained practical insights, sharpened their skills, and understood the importance of agility in their management journey.
