“The day's first speaker was Mr. Ankur Chaturvedi, Associate Vice President - Business Excellence & Quality at Emami Ltd. The discussion's theme was "Prism of Possibilities." Mr. Chaturvedi spoke about how one shouldn't let failures define them but rather see them as opportunities that have been provided to us. Using examples from his own life, he spoke about the importance of not giving up and the fortitude it takes to keep moving forward. Though life had other plans for him, he had always wanted to be a soldier and serve his nation. "One can only see the potential ahead of them if they can accept failure and not be demoralised by it," This was one of the insightful thoughts from his energising lecture.

The third speaker of the day, Mr. Tarun Srivastava, the Chief Manager at Polycab Support Force, began his address with an explanation of various factors that drive an individual's performance. He mentioned two factors: the human factor and the non-human factor. The concept of the non-human factor was very well explained by an example of migratory birds and how they communicate without being vocal yet do their job effectively. Human behaviour was presented by a famous example of a plane crash, one of the biggest aviation disasters, and the cause was none other than human behaviour, ego, superiority complex, and most importantly, miscommunication. He also shared various factors that could help us improve our performance and culture.
