AlumniSync, organized by the Alumni Coordination Team (ACoord), was conducted on the 21st of November, 2025, at the SIBM Hyderabad campus. The session brought together distinguished alumni who returned to their alma mater to interact with the current batch and share meaningful insights from their professional journeys.

The event was designed to create a focused learning environment that encouraged students to engage openly with industry professionals who have transitioned from the same academic setting into diverse career paths. Through structured conversations and authentic discussions, the session aimed to connect classroom learning with real-world application.

The interaction was enriched by the presence of three esteemed alumni: Mr. Saathwik Reddy Bobbala, Ms. Raka Roy, and Mr. Anirudh Srikant. Their willingness to revisit campus and contribute to student development added significant value to the initiative. Each alumnus shared their unique career trajectory, challenges faced, and practical advice that deeply resonated with the students.

The session was additionally graced by Dr. K.P. Venugopala Rao, Director, Dr. Shyamsundar Chitta, Deputy Director and Mr. Nicholas Daniel Ross, Head – Corporate Relations and MDP. Their presence added depth and inspiration to the event, as they emphasized the importance of alumni engagement, continuous learning, and fostering a strong professional network.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by the ACoord team, followed by introductions of the alumni guests. The session evolved into an engaging dialogue where students asked questions on career planning, skill-building, corporate exposure, and navigating early professional life. The insights shared were candid, informative, and motivating.

AlumniSync concluded with an informal networking segment, allowing students to interact individually with the alumni and seek personalized guidance. This exchange strengthened the bond between the alumni community and SIBM Hyderabad, fostering a renewed sense of connection, motivation, and shared purpose.
