The MASTERCLASS Mentorship Program, which commenced on 16th July 2025, comprises 64 mentors and 167 mentees actively engaged in the initiative. Since its inception, a total of 268 hours of sessions have been conducted, reflecting the program's commitment to continuous learning and growth. Each mentor typically conducts a minimum of one session per month, with many extending their involvement to two or three sessions depending on the progress and needs of their mentees. These sessions are conducted on a regular and structured basis, ensuring consistent development and meaningful mentor-mentee engagement.
The sessions are primarily conducted online, allowing flexibility and accessibility for both mentors and mentees across different schedules. Additionally, when mentors visit the campus, they take the opportunity to interact in person with their mentees, fostering stronger connections and enhancing the mentorship experience.
The sessions are designed to be a blend of individual and group engagements; individual sessions focus on personalized guidance and personal growth, while group sessions promote collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. The holistic nature of the program ensures that every mentee is equipped to become corporate-ready through focused, hands-on mentorship.
