AmphiChats 3.0, organized by ACoord at SIBM Hyderabad, was held on the 23 rd of August 2025. The event provided an engaging platform for students to interact with distinguished alumni and gain valuable perspectives through thought-provoking discussions.
The session commenced with a welcome address by Sowbhaghya V, who introduced the theme “Crossroads of Culture” and set the tone for the evening. The panel featured four distinguished alumni: Ms. Amrita Chakraborty (Batch 2017–19), a Chartered Certified Accountant, who shared insights on building structured and resilient careers through process improvements and integrity; Mr. Saketh S. Reddy (Batch 2018–20), who drew from his experience in product management to highlight innovative problem-solving at cultural intersections; Ms. Mahima Sai Angi (Batch 2020–22), who reflected on how creativity and adaptability in digital marketing enable professionals to thrive in evolving landscapes; and Mr. Rohan Sai Raj (Batch 2019– 21), who emphasized the importance of global thinking and adaptability in navigating modern careers.
Their diverse experiences, spanning finance, product management, marketing, and consulting, offered students a deeper understanding of navigating transitions in today’s dynamic environment.
The panel discussion was followed by an interactive Q&A, where students engaged with curiosity and received practical guidance on career growth, adaptability, and resilience.
The evening concluded with an engaging quiz–game hosted by Juhi Gupta and Rutika Lopez, which quickly became the highlight of the event. The session reinforced the key takeaways from the discussion in an interactive manner, leaving the audience both energized and inspired.

The event seamlessly combined professional insight with a spirit of camaraderie, enabling students to gain both knowledge and inspiration through candid exchanges. Following the panel discussions, students actively engaged with alumni, deepening their understanding of career journeys and industry practices while building strong professional networks. The interactive quiz segment injected energy and excitement, amplifying student participation and leaving attendees with an experience that was as enlightening as it was memorable.
