The aim of the Fresher’s Event was to provide an engaging and memorable experience for the new students joining our esteemed institution. This event aims to foster a sense of belonging, create lasting connections, and introduce them to the vibrant campus community.
By organizing this event, we strive to ensure that the new batch of 2025-2027 feel welcomed, supported, and excited to embark on their academic journey.
Mélange – The Organizing Committee in collaboration with Antardhwani – The Cultural Club of SIBM Hyderabad, organized “Freshers’ Night”, at 6.40 PM on 16th June, 2025 in the Auditorium of SIU, Hyderabad campus.
Freshers day is the beginning of never ending possibilities and lots of excitement. With warmth and joy, second years of SIBM Hyderabad welcomed a new batch of talent on 16th June, 2025.
With the "Euphoria" as the theme, the entire auditorium was adorned the event that featured dazzling lights, vibrant performances, and engaging games. This setting not only provides a backdrop for fun and enjoyment but also serves as a platform where students can comfortably meet and get to know each other.
The anchors kick-started the evening with an electrifying introduction that captured the spirit of Euphoria — a celebration of new beginnings, vibrant energy, and youthful excitement. Their quirky Bollywood-style banter kept the freshers thoroughly entertained.

Following this, Team Aaroah, the singing vertical of Antardhwani – The Cultural Club, delivered mesmerizing performances, enchanting the audience with their songs. Subsequently, Team Panach took over the stage to continue the captivating performances.

Next on stage was Team Team Abhinay, the drama vertical of Antardhwani – The Cultural Club, presented a skit that offered juniors a glimpse into college life while evoking nostalgia in seniors, allowing them to reminisce about their own experiences. Followed them, Team Vibe the dance vertical, setting the stage ablaze with electrifying dance performances.

Then came the most awaited moment of the evening-- crowning of the of Mr. Fresher and the Ms. Fresher 2025.

After a talent round, Mr. Mrinmoy Roy was crowned Mr. Fresher and Ms Oli Mukherjee was crowned as the Ms. Fresher 2025.
After the winning moment, everyone enjoyed a sumptuous dinner organized by the management assisted by MessComm- the Mess Committee and tapped their feet to some beats organized by team Melange.
Putting in a nutshell, Freshers 2025 weaved a silver lining of hope, success and goodwill to the newcomers on campus.
