The outcomes of Mantrana 2.0 - The HR Conclave:
Humanalaya - The HR Club of SIBM-H, conducted an event “Mantrana 2.0 - The HR Conclave” for the students of MBA Batch of 2024-2026 and 2025-2027 on 29th August, 2025. The event commenced with a welcome address delivered by director Dr.KP Venugopala Rao followed by Ganesh Vandana.

The speaker introduced the theme “Human Edge in the Future of Work”. Human edge in the future of work rests on qualities technology cannot replicate, such as creativity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and ethical judgment. As automation takes over routine tasks, these human capabilities will continue to drive innovation and sustain organizational success.

As part of the event, a distinguished expert speaker Mr. Devi Prasad Dash- Group CHRO, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited on the topic From Automation to Empathy: Navigating the Human-centric Era of Industry 5.0. The discussion highlighted how Industry 5.0 moves beyond automation to emphasize human–machine collaboration, where technology complements human creativity, empathy, and ethics to shape a more sustainable and people-centric future.

The discussion emphasized that people remain the core drivers of agility and innovation, making inclusion and impact essential for sustainable growth.
The discussion was moderated by Ms. Nidhi Bandaru- Life Coach, Author, and Founder, Dishi Consultants who facilitated an engaging and interactive dialogue.
