The Joint Certification Programme (JCP 3.0) was successfully conducted by Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad, in collaboration with Niva Bupa Health Insurance (NBHI) as part of its industry immersion and skill development initiatives for management students.
The programme was delivered by Mr. Karthik Rajashekar, a seasoned leadership and people development professional with over 19 years of corporate experience, including 14 years in Learning & Development. He currently serves as the General Manager and Head – Talent Academy (South) at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. A strong advocate of leadership excellence and continuous learning, he leads high-impact initiatives including the Emerging Leadership Program for mid-level leaders and also serves as a National Training Manager for a Bancassurance channel at NBHI.
