SYMBIOSIS INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (SIBM) – HYDERABAD, one of the prominent B-Schools in Hyderabad, which is moving from strength to strength, commenced its MBA Batch of 2016-18 with much fanfare. The induction programme for MBA students commenced on 15/6/2016 at SIBM-Hyderabad campus. Sri Devendra Surana, Director Surana Group of Companies, Member National Executive Committee FICCI was the Chief Guest. The Guest of Honour was Dr. R. Raman, Dean Faculty of Management, SIU and Director SIBM-Pune.
The Welcome address was delivered by Dr. Ravi Kumar Jain, Director SIBM-Hyderabad. In his address, Dr. Ravi Jain welcomed the students to the Symbiosis Hyderabad Family and spoke about the nuances of Management Education in General and more specifically about the strength of SIBM-Hyderabad i.e., how it nurtures its MBA students and turns them into “Industry Ready Management Professionals”.
Sri Devendra Surana motivated the students with his excellent speech, wherein he urged the students to put their best foot forward in this exciting but challenging world of Management education. He spoke about the challenges being faced in the Industry in a rapidly growing economy of India and how a well groomed MBA from premier B schools like (SIBM-H) would play a key role in shaping the future of Indian Industry.
Dr. R. Raman, spoke about the great strides being made by the Symbiosis group in imparting world class management education. He urged the students to work hard for ensuing 2 years, which would lead to career of life time.
